Sep 1982
Toshiteru Iwaya founded Nichietsu Shouji, and sold nonferrous metals and industrial chemicals with its center in Chiba Prefecture, Japan.
Feb 1983
Changed the name to Shinnihon Kasei, and established headquarters in Chiba City.
Mar 1989
Established a technology laboratory and small-lot production factory in Omaya, Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan, and began operations there. Also, established the Ichihara Sales Office in the same place.
Nov 1989
Established Shinnihon Techno Co., Ltd. (the current Pay Forward Co., Ltd.), whose main business is the manufacture and delivery of industrial chemicals.
Jun 2002
Relocated the Ichihara Sales Office to its current address and set up a new production factory there to expand its scale.
Oct 2009
Acquired ISO 9001 certification and began dealing in AdBlue®.
Dec 2010
Acquired VDA QMC certification and began full-scale production of AdBlue®.
Aug 2013
Established the Atsugi Sales Office, which became a center for AdBlue®.
Nov 2013
Absorbed Tsukuba Chemical Shoji Co., Ltd. and established the Tsukuba Sales Office.
Dec 2013
Established the Kuki Sales Office, which became a center for AdBlue®.
Dec 2015
Established the Nagoya Factory (for the manufacture of AdBlue®).
Apr 2016
Toshiteru Iwaya became chairman, and Shigeru Hirano became president.
Aug 2016
Established the Sendai Factory (for the manufacture of AdBlue®).
Oct 2020
Established the Togane Yamada Factory (for the Manufacture of AdBlue®).

Tomohiro Iwatsuki became President and Chief Executive Officer.
