How to use
There is no need to scrub, and just applying and washing off will be adequately effective.
- Put Syuwarin on the brush and apply it lightly to the area where you want to remove dirt, spreading it evenly over the entire area.
- Leave it as is for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Rinse with water. If the dirt cannot be removed the first time, repeat the process.

Advantages
Pitatto is a safe anti-slip agent for tiles that can be easily applied by customers.
When applied, Pitatto creates micrometer-sized cavities on the floor surface. Filling these small holes with water generates surface tension, causing sucker power to increase the coefficient of friction between the soles of the feet and the floor surface, and making the floor less slippery.
Therefore, a higher degree of effectiveness can be obtained under wet conditions than under dry conditions.
Easy to apply
Application is incredibly easy. As any dirt on the tile surface reduces the effectiveness, we recommend that tiles be cleaned with Syuwarin (for tiles) before use.
Easy after-sales maintenance
Regular cleaning using Syuwarin (for tiles) will maintain the anti-slip effect.
The feel of the material remains the same
Applying the tile anti-slip agent Pitatto creates cavities that are around two to seven micrometers in size. This means that they are as small as about one-tenth of cedar pollen and can only be seen with an electron microscope. Therefore, it is possible to enhance the anti-slip effect without compromising the aesthetic appearance while taking advantage of the texture and feel of the material.
How to use
For the enhanced anti-slip effect, we recommend use in combination with Syuwarin (for tiles). Inadequate removal of dirt will reduce the anti-slip effect.
- Remove any dirt and slime from the floor surface using Syuwarin (for tiles).
- Wet the floor with water beforehand. Put undiluted solution of Pitatto, an anti-slip agent for tiles, on the brush and lightly scrub the floor while applying the agent. Be sure to use the undiluted solution without diluting it.
- After 3 to 5 minutes, rinse thoroughly with water. Insufficient rinsing may reduce the anti-slip effect.
- Check the anti-slip effect by stepping on the floor with bare feet when the floor surface is wet. If the effect is weak, repeat steps 2 and 3.
- If the anti-slip effect starts to deteriorate after application, use Syuwarin (for tiles) to restore the anti-slip effect.
- If the anti-slip effect has deteriorated after repeated maintenance, start from step 1 again.
Precautions for use
- This agent is an acid detergent, so wear protective equipment such as rubber gloves when using and avoid contact with eyes.
- In the event of skin or eye contact, wash with plenty of water.
- Do not use with chlorine-based chemicals.
- Make sure that the waste water does not mix with the circulating water of the pool or bathtub.
- Applying this agent directly to a dry floor surface or leaving it to dry after application may cause stains. Also, be noted that leaving the agent for a long time may cause damage to the floor surface.
- If the floor surface has a wax coating, completely remove the wax coating before use.
- The anti-slip effect varies depending on the material of the tile.
- Use this agent only on tiles and stone. It cannot be used on wood, stainless steel, vinyl flooring, etc.
- Due to the nature of this agent, the gloss of the floor surface may decrease after use.
