Shinnihon Kasei, founded in 1982 and headquartered in Chiba City in Japan, has expanded to include the Ichihara Sales Office, Atsugi Sales Office, Kuki Sales Office, and Tsukuba Sales Office, and has continued to operate in the black over 40 years since its founding.

“There is no development if we just sell existing products.”
Believing that developing our own products and building the technology that will become the foundation of our company are what make our company unique and will lead to our future development, I have been conducting research and development alone at our factory.

At the time of our founding, we developed swimming pool-related products such as “Poolmain” and “Syuwarin,” and by having them introduced by major sports clubs,
we quickly developed to the point where we were doing business with 450 companies.

However, as someone with a non-scientific background, there was a limit to research and development on my own,
so I decided to first expand the company and increase sales and pressed ahead with the decision.
A few years ago, when we had enough funds, we finally brought in new employees who had been doing research at university and established the Research and Development Department.

We are currently conducting research and development primarily on nanobubbles and microcapsules, and have commercialized some of them.
We are also conducting research and development that combines nanobubbles and microcapsules.

Our company deals in many chemicals and has a stable business structure, but if we are satisfied with stability,
the organization will become stuck in a rut and the company will not grow.

We hope that through research and development, we can create new stimulation for the company and bridge the gap between “stability” and “challenge.”
